Filming Blog

     During the filming process, I was able to quickly make good camera decisions and camera movements. while filming I found it super easy to keep everything in frame and focused. I encountered nothing unusual or out of place. everything went perfect. it was really entertaining having to work on a commercial and figure out what angle to use. there were so many angles that were hard to get that we need to be perfect. many angles were easier than others. overall I really think I got the hang of this. with each camera movement we had to be extra careful. we mainly wanted to focus on the gym set and the setting around making it feel more natural. wit the setting being outside it was difficult with the sound because it was super windy and it would mess with the sound on the commercial. everything was super complex while also being easy and fun to do. The sun was also messing up the camera angles. With the messed up camera angles, we had to redo a lot of some shots. We also had to reshoot some scenes because the lines got messed up. after some bad fails and some laughs, I was able to continue with my camera work and had a great time. after many bloopers, we finally made the commercial. the commercial came how great as expected. all the problems we may have faced turned out good in the end. The commercial is ready after editing and hard work.

  Planning Blog Props:  I decided to do a Redbull commercial so, my main prop would be a Redbull drink. Some other props I may use would be a bench for working out and a barbell with weights. Costumes:  In my commercial, I will be the main subject in the video. I am going to be wearing athletic clothes. I will have these nice athletic shorts and also have a dry-fit t-shirt. Schedule:  The filming will begin on 03/06/21 and will continue through 03/09/21. These will be the first 10 scenes. We will also record the voiceovers for these scenes the same days we film. The next 5 scenes we will record from the dates 03/10/21 through 03/12/21. Like the first 10 scenes, we will record the voice over the same dates. For the last 5 scenes, we will record them on 03/14/21. After we film everything we will make sure all the footage is good. On 3/26/21 we will start editing the footage we got. We will upload the videos into iMovie and our editor will start editing. After we are finished editing we will put everything together and watch the movie. Once the movies are done we will ask others if there is anything we can improve on for the movie. Lastly, we will submit. Location: We will be filming at my friend Pedro's house.
